International Airport (Lekki-Epe): Effect On Investment

Lekki-Epe International Airport

Effect Of Lekki-Epe International Airport On Real Estate Investment

2016, 7 years ago, was the first time I heard about the new Lekki-Epe International Airport.

While there were many doubting Thomases, only a few invested around the axis of the proposed site of the new airport.

Back then, we were selling a plot for N4m with a certificate of occupancy.

Today, a plot of land in that axis sells for an average price of N35m.

In just 7 years, a plot of land went from N4m to as high as N35, N50m and even more.

If you bought at least a plot of land 7 years ago in this axis, you would have done a minimum of N31m ROI.

To my surprise, the airport is not here yet. What only changed was the reconstruction and expansion of the Lekki-Epe expressway and we already have over 500% ROI.

What do you think will happen to your investment by the time the construction of the airport begins?

The good news is that you can still invest with the budget you have right now.

The city of Epe is a promising investment hub you can start from.

And a good place to put your money in is The Boulevard in Ketu Epe.

The Boulevard is facing the proposed road that will connect Epe to the airport in Ibeju Lekki. Once completed, it’ll take you less than 25 minutes drive from The Boulevard Estate to the airport.
